Annual Convention Poster Sessions

• Prepare Your Poster: Create a visually engaging poster that summarizes your research, project, or ideas. Use clear text, charts, images, and graphs to effectively communicate your key points.
• Poster Dimensions: Ensure your poster meets the size requirements the template has been created for you. Find the template link at the bottom! We recommend having your poster printed on a coorigated or plastic board. Please bring your poster to the event ready for display.
• Set-Up Time: Arrive by 3:00PM to set up your poster at the designated area. Easels will be provided for display.
• Engage with Attendees: During the poster session, stand by your display to discuss your work, answer questions, and network with attendees. Be ready to provide insights and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Take-Down Time: Remove your poster by 6:00PM after the session ends.
